These terms and conditions apply to the software applications (hereby referred to as "Application") for mobile devices created by INNOWAVE, LLC (hereby referred to as "Service Provider") as a Free service.
Upon downloading or utilizing the Application, you are automatically agreeing to these terms. It is strongly advised that you thoroughly read and understand them prior to use.
Unauthorized copying, modification of the Application, or any of our trademarks is strictly prohibited. You may not attempt to extract the source code, translate the Application, or create derivative versions. All trademarks, copyrights, and database rights remain the property of the Service Provider.
The Application processes personal data provided to the Service Provider to deliver the Service. It is your responsibility to maintain the security of your device. We strongly advise against jailbreaking or rooting your phone, as it can compromise security and cause the Application to malfunction.
The Application utilizes third-party services that have their own Terms and Conditions:
Some functions require an active internet connection. The Service Provider is not responsible for the Application not functioning due to a lack of Wi-Fi or exhausted data allowances. You accept responsibility for any data charges from your mobile provider, including roaming charges if used outside your home territory.
The Service Provider may update the Application at any time. You agree to accept updates to continue using the service. We reserve the right to cease providing the Application or terminate use at any time without notice.
We may periodically update these Terms and Conditions. Changes are effective as of 2026-03-25. We will notify you of changes by posting the new Terms on this page.
